Late ArrivalsIn fairness to all students in the class, anyone arriving after 9:00 a.m. will need to be rescheduled for another class date. Late Cancellation If a student is registered for a standard desktop application class or business skills class from the public schedule and is unable to attend, please contact our office by noon (3) three business days prior to the scheduled class. Neglecting to cancel or reschedule with (3) three business days notice will result in the full class fee being charged. No ShowIf a student is registered for a class and does not show up for the class and fails to contact our office to cancel or reschedule, a fee equivalent to the class's daily rate will be applied. For Volume Discount purchases, one coupon will be debited. For Yearly Members, the fee will be $195.00. Technical Class Cancellation PolicyAll technical training courses must be prepaid prior to the start of class. If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a class, he/she must do so (10) ten full business days prior to the start day of the class and a full refund may be obtained. Failure to cancel or reschedule with (10) ten business days notice will result in the full class fee being charged. ReschedulingExecuTrain has the right to cancel or reschedule any training course. Should ExecuTrain reschedule a course, a full refund will be issued or applied as a credit to a rescheduled course. ExecuTrain cannot assume responsibility for any other costs to the student (e.g. non-refundable airline tickets). prior to the start of class. ExecuTrain will accept company checks, purchase orders, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. ExecuTrain Private Class PolicyOn-site training may be scheduled at any time at your facility or at one of ExecuTrain’s offices in Lexington or Louisville. Our instructor-led, hands-on private classes offer the flexibility of customized and tailored training specifically to your group needs. Any changes made to the scheduling of a private class must occur (15) full business days in advance. If this change occurs between (14) fourteen and (10) ten business days in advance, a fee of 50% of the total amount of the class will be incurred. If this change occurs within (10) business days of the scheduled class, the total amount of the class will be charged. |

Most ExecuTrain courses are one day and limited to 12 students. All instructors are ExecuTrain certified. Class times are 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive by 8:15 a.m. as classes begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. Casual dress is acceptable for your comfort.
