Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. EST – Custom Reporting
Solo has 30+ default reports along with the capability of creating custom reports to meet your particular needs. Join this session to learn how to query your data to produce the report you need.
Thursday, March 11th, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. EST – Tests / Quizzes / Evaluations
Oftentimes, the test or quiz or evaluation will be built into the online course and tracked by Solo. There are also times where you would need to associate a test / quiz / evaluation with:
- an instructor-led class,
- an online course that does not have a built-in test assessment or knowledge check, or
- an informational resource such as a PowerPoint slideshow or Word document.
In this session, we’ll cover how to create an external test / quiz / evaluation and associate it with the class name.
Monday, April 26th, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. EST – Email and Certificate Templates
Automatic email responses can be easily customized from within Solo. In this 30-minute training session, we’ll cover how to customize both email wording and the look and feel of the certificate of completion that displays once a student completes and passes the course.
*For the webinar, you will need: a computer with high-speed internet access and a telephone. When you join the meeting, a GoTo Meeting plug-in will install on your system to run the meeting. ExecuTrain will be happy to run a test session for you in advance.

Within this 30-minute session we’ll provide you with a live tutorial on how to use your My Plan most effectively and how to search for particular learning assets, either by browsing the catalog or by using SkillPort’s Search & Learn feature.
Thursday, March 25th, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. EST – Reporting
We’ll cover the My Progress tab and highlight the student reporting capabilities in this session. You will also learn how to sort and customize the information so it displays with the look you want.
Monday, May 3rd, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. EST – Live Learning
The Live Learning session is hosted by a team of subject matter experts using multiple learning techniques to enrich the learning experience. Each session is recorded so that the presentations can be reviewed at a later date.
Thursday, June 17th, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. EST – Knowledge Centers
Knowledge Centers offers immediate access to a wealth of comprehensive reference materials, topical spotlights, and ongoing automatic content updates. You will also receive access to Practice Zones containing SkillSims that enable you to put your skills to the test in real-world scenarios. Not only are these resources made available to you, but a Learning Roadmap will be created for you to give you access to the learning assets that are most relevant to your current skill sets and goals.
Wednesday, July 28st, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. EST – Books 24×7
You can access topical reference ware on Books 24×7 by simply searching, browsing, or choosing from a collection of titles selected by subject matter experts.
